It gives your waterbed and its surroundings a pleasant fragrance, prevents bubbles and contains care substances that maintain the interior side of the vinyl. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming dispatch and containing a DHL track & trace code. You will only be able to use this code to trace the order after 6 pm.
The DHL delivery person will bring your order to the delivery address. If you are not there to accept the delivery, you will receive a notification from DHl.
On the DHL website, you can use this notification to make a new delivery appointment, to arrange for your neighbours to accept delivery or to have your order sent to a DHL collection point. Please note that this must be done before 10 pm on the date of the first delivery attempt.
If you do not use any of the above options, your order will be re-delivered on the next delivery day. If you are once again not able to receive it, the order will be taken to a DHL collection point where it will be available for collection for 3 weeks before being sent back to Silvano Waterbeds.

You can also make convenient and secure payments by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Once your delivery leaves our depot, your credit card will be debited with the purchase amount. In case of a return, the amount will be credited to your credit card account.
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL-method. This high security standard means that credit card purchases from Silvano are secure.
If you choose the cash on delivery option, you will pay when your waterbed is delivered to you. This means that you will pay the delivery service driver when you take possession of the delivery. Silvano does not charge any extra cash on delivery fees.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the full amount payable and our banking details.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. This could take 2 – 4 days, depending on your bank. Please remember that this could lead to a considerable increase in delivery time.
To make quick delivery possible, please make sure that you mention your order number as a reference when you make the transfer. The goods that you have ordered will be reserved for you (for a maximum of 9 days) until we receive your payment.

Extent of warranty
We are highly convinced of the quality of our products. As a result, we offer a 10-year warranty on the durability of the fused seams of the Silvano water mattress. In case of leaks resulting from material or manufacture faults, you are covered by a 100% warranty for the first five years. During the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th years, the warranty percentage amounts to 50%, 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% respectively.
Safety linings, mattress covers, foam borders, base and optional bed furnishings:
2-year 100% material and manufacture fault warranty.
The manufacturer provides a straightforward two-year warranty on our heating systems. Warranty conditions of the relevant manufacturer apply.
A two-year warranty applies to linen excluding, of course, wear and tear resulting from regular use.
The warranty period commences from the date of the purchase invoice. In order to claim on the basis of the warranty, the buyer must be able to produce a purchase invoice that clearly displays the purchase date. The warranty cannot be transferred to a third party.
The warranty will only be valid if installation instructions are observed and the item is regularly maintained. Replaced and repaired goods are likewise covered by the ongoing warranty. Repairs or the replacement of parts during the warranty period will not extend or renew the warranty period. If damage cannot be repaired, Silvano will replace the item with an identical or equivalent item within the warranty period.
Silvano commits to repairing material and manufacture faults in accordance with the definitions mentioned in the section ‘Extent of warranty’. Silvano reserves the right to supply an equivalent item if the original item is no longer available.
Damage that directly or indirectly results from incorrect use, incorrect operation, overloading, incompetent installation or relocation, repairs or modifications carried out by the buyer, and defects resulting from regular wear-and-tear or insufficient maintenance are not covered by the warranty. Maintenance is defined as the biannual addition of Silvano conditioner to the water in the water mattress and the cleaning of the mattress with a special Silvano cleanser every 2 months. We recommend that you always safely store your purchase invoices for these products. If you use the automated Silvano care products delivery service, your order history will be registered on our system and you do not need to keep your purchase invoices.
The above warranty definitions do not affect the legal warranty period that you as a consumer are entitled to according to European legislation.
